Both groups were then compared according to the simulation experience satisfaction scale and CPR skills acquisition checklist.<br />Two equally randomly selected groups of 163 undergraduate nursing students completed the study. The SBFC group had a significantly better satisfaction with the simulation experience than the traditional simulation (TS) group (p=0.03). This review aims to identify the existing evidence and clinical characteristics of hair loss with COVID-19 infection.<br />Following the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews, MEDLINE and EMBASE were searched for all peer-reviewed articles with relevant keywords including "Alopecia," "Telogen Effluvium (TE)," and "COVID-19" from their inception to November 20, 2021.<br />A total of 26 articles, with 9 observational studies and 17 case reports or series (a total of 58 cases), were included. Most studies dealt with TE. There were no clear trends between COVID-19 severity and the extent of hair loss. However, there is a dearth of information on the biological effects of AgNPs on human blood cells. In this study, the cytotoxic and genotoxic potentials of ionic silver (Ag+), AgNP, silver bromide (AgBr), silver chloride (AgCl), and silver iodide (AgI) were evaluated through chromosome aberration (CA) test and cytokinesis-blocked micronucleus (CBMN) test in human cultured lymphocytes in vitro. Furthermore, the potential damages that can cause to DNA were evaluated through alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis (Comet) assay on isolated lymphocytes. The results showed that AgNPs exerted cytotoxic effects by reducing the cytokinesis-block proliferation index and mitotic index at 24 and 48 h. AgNPs also increased micronucleus (MN) formation at both exposure times in the cultured cells. Following 7 days, the tubular differentiation (TDI) and spermiogenesis (SPI) indices, histomorphometric alterations, intracytoplasmic carbohydrate and lipid storage in germ and Sertoli cells along with expression levels of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), as a key element in regulating base excision repair (BER) enzymes expression/activity were assessed. Moreover, the expression levels of uracil-DNA (UDG) and methylpurine (MPG) DNA glycosylases and microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3-I/II), and apoptotic cells distribution in testicular tissue were evaluated. Observations revealed that METH significantly suppressed spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis development, altered intracytoplasmic carbohydrate and lipid storage, increased ODD, and suppressed the PCNA expression compared to the control group (p less then  0.05).
