Objective The research aims to discover influence of workload, Body Mass Index, Duration of Work on fatigue and their impacts among nurse performance. Methods The research uses a cross sectional method in frame of observational quantitative research. Samples in this research were obtained through proportional stratified random sampling method involving 123 respondents from 178 nurses. Purposes to figure out the Workload, Body Mass Index and Duration of Work, the data gained were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results Only Workload variables that positively brought influences on performances (p=0.022), body mass index (p=0.437), Duration of Work (p=0.528) and Fatigue (p=0.783) did not bring any influences toward performances. Conclusion Workload has an influence on nurse performance due to physical environment, relationships between nurses, demands, abilities and hard-work of nurses in carrying out their responsibilities that still need to be addressed. Objective This study aims to determine the relationship of physical quality of air (temperature, humidity, lighting) with the numbers of air germs in the Bougenville's care room. Methods Type of research is observational analytic with cross sectional research design. Population and sample in this study were Bougenville care rooms totaling 6 rooms. Data collected using measurements of humidity, lighting, temperature and air germ numbers. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation test. Results There was no relationship between the physical quality of air with the number of air germs in the Bougenville's care room with p-value greater than 0.05. Conclusion Our result confirmed to always monitor parameters of the physical quality of air in room, air germ number and use of disinfectants that can kill air germ numbers and restrictions on visitors in order to minimize the spread of germs into air. Objective This study aims to determine the effect of diver characteristics and knowledge on decompression through diving behavior. Methods Type of research is cross sectional study with sample was 100 traditional divers. Data analysis in the form Structural Equation Model with SPSS and AMOS Application. Results There were 37% respondents who experienced severe decompression, analysis test showed that there were direct effect between divers characteristics to decompression (p-value=0.001), knowledge to diving behavior (p-value=0.05) and diving behavior to decompression (p-value=0.37), and knowledge indirect influence with decompression illness through diving behavior. Conclusion However, there has no influence on diver characteristics with diving behavior and indirect effect of divers characteristics with DCS through diving behavior. Suggest for the government to continually improve the service of handling decompression and increasing knowledge through counseling. Objective The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on self-esteem logotherapy leprosy patients in the Hospital Tadjuddin Chalid in Makassar. Methods This study used a quasi-experimental. Samples were taken by nonrandom one group randomized design with accidental sampling method (18 lepers). Data collection used the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale questionnaire. Data is normally distributed by analyzing paired t-test. Results Characteristics of respondents in study group for male sex were 44.4%, female 55.5%, age 56-55 years 44.44% and elementary school 50%. Average self-esteem score before and after intervention, where mean±SD is 16.8±5.49 becomes 28.5±4.86 (p=0.000), which means there are differences average self-esteem score was significant before and after being given a Logotherapy Intervention. Conclusion Logotherapy needs to be recommended to be used as therapy to treat patients who experience low self-esteem.Objective This study aims to determine the effect of body mass index and workload on fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders and their impact on nurse performance. Methods This type of research used cross-sectional study design. The study sample used proportional random sampling method as many as 103 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Result The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an influence between workload (p-value=0.000) on performance with a coefficient of -0.287. The results of the multivariate analysis indirect effect of the body mass index on work fatigue and its impact on the performance of nurses hospitalization are 0.124. The indirect effect of workload on musculoskeletal disorders complaints on the performance of nurses hospitalization is -0.533. Conclusion The workload influences on performance of the inpatient nurses in Sawerigading Hospital Palopo City. Objective This study aims to determine the relationship of the container type and material with the density of Aedes aegypti larvae. Fumarate hydratase-IN-1 Method This type of study was observational by using cross-sectional design. The samples on this study were 100 houses in each region which were taken by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the SPSS. Results The results showed that there was relationship between the container type with the density of A. aegypti larvae (p=0.0120.05) in Gowa Regency. Concusion It is expected that relevant agencies will make efforts to control the A. aegypti larvae. Objective The community-based total sanitation (STBM) is approach to changing hygiene behavior and sanitation through the empowerment of community by triggering method. Method This research was conducted in the working area of Limbato Puskesmas District North Gorontalo. The study is qualitative with the approach of phenyomonology. The informant was chosen Purposive Sampling, the collection of data used in this study is in-depth interviews and observations. The data was tested the validity of data using a triangulation approach. Results There is role of the village head and health officers in the STBM Program. Conclusion The role of the village head as stimulant and decision maker of STBM Program in the Communities of Cempaka Putih Village is needed. Objective This study aims to find models of the occurrence of occupational diseases prevention dives with control variables simultaneously confounding factors include (working period, diving frequency, duration, age, nutritional status, warming up before diving, smoking habits and alcohol consumption). Method This research is a cross-sectional study design that with 120 people as sample taken by random sampling from some island in Makassar. The study conducted by questionnaire, which competent doctor's diagnosis, timer/stopwatch, meter, scales and microtoice. Results There is no direct influence between variables nutritional status, working lives, age and decompression sickness. Conclusion Behaviors have influence, either directly or indirectly to decompress but through the intervening variable depth, frequency and duration. Objective This research aims to find the relationship between organizing and leadership style and the quality improvement of primary healthcare services. Method This research was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design that described the relationship between organizing and leadership style and sustainable quality improvement of primary healthcare services.
