Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A special item can be used to evolve certain Pokemon. The upgrade is obtained by spinning a PokeStop photo disc. It is sometimes offered as a prize during Pokemon GO events.
Upgrades can be used on armors, weapons trinkets, weapons, as well as gathering tools in order to raise their item level. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests based on the type of item.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give attribute bonuses or additional effects when the equipment is utilized. The equipment that is upgraded must have an upgrade slot to accommodate the component. Most upgrade components require the item being upgraded to be above a certain level. Certain upgrade items come with special visual effects that appear when they are used. Upgrade components can be obtained through crafting, purchased from karma sellers or traded with other players on the Trading Post, salvaged from equipment, or as rewards in games.
There are different upgrade components, each of which comes with various bonuses. Universal upgrades like gems and inscriptions can be used on any type of equipment. They provide smaller bonuses than the other types of upgrade components. Infusions can be utilized on non-amulet and legendary ascended items, and enrichments are able to be used on ascended back equipment. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced if they are slotted into an item, but doing so destroys the previous upgrade. Exceptions are glyphs (which can only be inserted into gathering tools) and Enchantments, which can be removed and put back in.
Insignias or enchantments, as well as prefix/suffix upgrades will be displayed in the hover display of the item while they are added to the equipment's name (e.g. an Radiant Insignia will change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will show the number of upgrade components that have been added to it.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements, like ligatures and ornaments, fractions, swashes, registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs panel allows you to view and insert these special characters as well as regular glyphs like em dashes and en dashes, registered trademark symbols and glyphs that don't appear in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph gives a character a boost in their primary stats. item upgrading includes up to four Secondary Stats that affect the glyph's radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase that is multiplied by additional bonuses, with the exception of Speed Glyphs that directly increase the speed of the hero.
Selecting the Glyphs and clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will display a window with the Glyphs that are available to you. Note that only the right kind of Glyph can be applied to the selected item, as each weapon, jewelry or armor piece may have distinct sets of Glyphs.
Glyphs can be upgraded through the use of Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more difficult the dungeon is, the greater the amount of Glyph experience you'll get. Once a Glyph reaches level 15, it is upgradeable at the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The radius of the Paragon Board grows by one node for every 15 levels at which a Glyph is upgraded.
Once a glyph has been upgraded to its desired level You can activate it by selecting it, then pressing the "enchant" button. The resulting glyph will offer the stated bonus and also boost the other nodes within its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be placed in areas that can benefit your build the most. This is why you should consider Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs, however, could offer double bonuses when certain conditions are met which is why they're worth checking out for.
If you're having difficulty finding a specific glyph, click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to show the panel in a variety of views. Each of these views shows the Glyphs in a different font. You can narrow down the list of glyphs further using an option under "Entire Font": for example, punctuation displays only punctuation glyphs; Math symbols restricts the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a process in which you create a new account to give yourself more chances to play the character or weapon you are interested in. This can be done to level up faster, or to gain more valuable loot like a new weapon for your character. A lot of players will reroll until the character they desire is available, regardless of its strength. This could be because they like the character's design or character.
When you reroll, you have to make sure that the changes you're making are safe. This means you should check locally that the patch passes the pre-commit tests and run a core development check. It is also recommended to upload the patch to an issue by using a plain diff (see What about an interdiff? ).
Rerolls may take days or weeks depending on how lucky you are. During this time, it is recommended to avoid optional enemy camps to save time. Also, avoid repeating quests which can be completed later in the game. This will save you time and energy.
Another important consideration when rerolling is to make sure you are aware of the upgrade system. There are many ways to enhance your character's strength and appearance. This could include upgrading your weapons, rerolling your characters and purchasing upgrades. It is also crucial to know the limitations of the system.
Rerolling isn't a required aspect of the game, but it can be helpful to increase your chances of obtaining a specific character or weapon. It can be used to determine which character is the best or to experiment with different builds and playstyles.
Sets
A set is a group of objects that share common attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen or the members of the class). Sets can be used for operations such as union, intersection and difference.
Upgrades make a set better than it was before. For weapons and armor, this means it gains an increase in the base defense and less strength requirements and a lower level requirement.
Upgrades are a great way to bring popular single-set items to the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts. For instance upgrading Guillaume's Face helm to Elite Spired Helm boosts the defense from 217 to 321 while also reducing the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
However, it's important to note that not all set items are candidates for upgradation. Some sets, like the FB Sorc Whistan's Shield spec or Naj's Puzzler staff are already Elite and Exceptional in their own right and do not require any upgrades. On the other hand, some items that are BiS and have a lot of use (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to improve their stats even more. For such products, it might be worth the cost to upgrade them.
