Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A specific item can be used to transform specific Pokemon. The Upgrade can be obtained by spinning a PokeStop's picture disc and can be offered as a reward in Pokemon GO events.
The Upgrade can also be put in armor, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and trinkets to increase their item level. The upgrade cost Flightstones and crests, depending on the item type.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide bonus effects or attributes when the equipment is used. Upgrade components can only be used on equipment with an upgrade slot available. Most upgrade components also require that the item being upgraded is above a certain level. Some upgrade components also have special visual effects when they are applied to an equipment piece. Upgrade components can be acquired through crafting, bought from karma traders or exchanged with other players on the Trading Post, salvaged from equipment, or obtained as rewards in game.
A variety of upgrade components are available, each of which offers various bonuses. Universal upgrades, which include gems and inscriptions can be used on any kind of equipment. They also offer less bonuses than other types of upgrade components. Infusions are able to be used on legendary and non-amulet items, and enrichments can be used on some back equipment that has been ascended. Slotting in an upgrade component can destroy the previous upgrade. There are exceptions for glyphs (which can only be used in gathering tools) and enchantments, which can be removed and reinserted freely.
Insignias and enchantments will be displayed their name in the hover display of the item while prefix and suffix upgrades will add their names to the end of the equipment's name (e.g. an Radiant Insignia on Tyrian Armor would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will show the number of upgrade components that have been added to it.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be inserted into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements, like ligatures, ornaments, fractions and swashes registered trademark symbols, and ellipses. The Glyphs Panel lets you insert and examine these special characters as well as common symbols like em and en dashes, as well as trademark symbols that are registered.
Each Glyph provides a character with a boost in their primary stats. The glyph may also include up to four secondary stats which will alter the radius of your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats can be described as a %-increase that is multiplied after other bonuses are applied in addition to Speed Glyphs which directly increase the hero's speed.
The Glyphs in your inventory can be activated by selecting them and then clicking the "enchant" button. This will open a window that shows the Glyphs available to you. You are only able to apply the appropriate Glyph to the selected item. Each weapon, jewelry, or armor piece comes with a distinct collection of Glyphs.
You can increase the level of Glyphs by working through Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more difficult the dungeon, the greater the amount of Glyph experience you'll gain. Once a Glyph has reached the level 15 it is able to be upgraded via the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The upgrade of a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
Once upgrade item has reached the desired level you can activate it. Select it and then click the "enchant button". The resulting glyph will provide its stated benefit and also boost the other nodes that are within its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be placed where they can benefit your build the most. This is why you should prioritise Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs can also provide double bonuses if certain conditions can be satisfied.
Click the cycle widget to change the perspective of the Glyphs Panel. Each of these views displays the Glyphs in a different font. You can reduce the number of glyphs by choosing an option below "Entire Font". For example, punctuation only displays punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols limits the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is the process by which you create a brand new account to give yourself more opportunities to pull the character or weapon you are interested in. It can assist you in gaining more experience or to get more loot, for example, a better weapon for your character. Many players reroll until they get the characters that they like regardless of their strength. It could be because they like the design or personality of the character.
When you reroll, you need to make sure that the changes you're making are clear. This means you should check locally that the patch passes the pre-commit checks, and you should also conduct a core development test. The patch should be uploaded with a plain difference to a bug (see What is an interdiff?) ).
Rerolls can take a few days or weeks, depending on how lucky you are. To cut down on time, avoid enemy camps that are optional during this time. Also, avoid repeating quests that you can complete later on in the game. item upgrades will save time and energy.
Another important consideration when rerolling is to be sure that you are aware of the upgrade system. There are many ways to enhance your character's power and appearance. Upgrades, rerolling characters or upgrading weapons are all options. Additionally, it is important to know the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling isn't a required element of the game but it can be helpful to increase the chances of winning the right weapon or character. It can be helpful when you're trying to find the best character to play or if you're wanting to try different styles of play and builds.
Sets
A set is an object collection that has two common attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen, or the members of a group). Sets are used for operations such as union, intersection and difference.
Upgrades can make a set more effective than it was prior to. This means that the weapon and armor will have a greater defense value and less requirement for strength.
Upgrading can be an excellent method of bringing popular single-set items up to the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts. For example, upgrading Guillaume's Face helm to an Elite Spired Helm can increase the defense from 217 to 321 and reduces the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
However it's important to remember that not all set items are suitable candidates for upgradation. Certain sets, such as the FB Sorc spec Whistan's shield and Naj's puzzler staff, are already exceptional in their own way and don't need upgrading. On the other hand, some items that are BiS and see frequent use (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to increase their stats even more. For such items, it may be worth the extra expense to upgrade them.
