Self-designed questionnaires were issued to 36 community-based rehabilitation stations in a district of Chongqing to investigate the human resources status, service projects, service methods, and other aspects of the community-based rehabilitation stations.
The community-based rehabilitation station lacks the participation of medical rehabilitation personnel, and only 33.3% of the community-based rehabilitation stations are composed of multidisciplinary human resources of medical and community staff. Community-based rehabilitation services focus on supply education and publicity (86.11%), and rehabilitation treatment services are not fully involved in the community-based rehabilitation service (44.44%). The methods of community-based rehabilitation services are mainly posters and other publicity activities (94.44%), and the community-based rehabilitation service methods are not highly goal-oriented.
The survey found some problems to be improved in the construction and operation of grass-roots community-based rehabilitation stations in Chongqing. Community-based rehabilitation stations should enrich the human resources and technology of medical rehabilitation, become an extension of the restoration of community health institutions, and promote the high-quality development of community-based rehabilitation.

To study the qualitative value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) dynamic enhancement scanning for solitary nodules (SPN) of the chest.
In this paper, 40 cases of chest nodules (including 25 cases of malignant nodules, 8 cases of inflammatory nodules, and 7 cases of benign nodules) were first scanned to determine the scope of nodules. At the two rates of 5 ml/s and 3 ml/s, CT dynamic enhancement scans were performed at the center of the nodule, and the CT values, peak enhancement (PH) and peak time (PT) before and after SPN enhancement, were recorded. It is mainly strengthened, with 80% (20/25) of net added value between 20 and 60 Hu, and 20% (5/25) >60 Hu or <20 Hu. The enhancement peak and peak time are (31.31 ± 10.62) Hu and 45 s, respectively. The time-density curve (T-DC) showed a slowly rising type; the inflammatory nodules were mainly severely strengthened, with a net increase of >40 Hu. The enhancement peak value is (49.25 ± 12.44) Hu, and the peak time is 80 s and 140 s. There is a characteristic of rising and falling and then rising in the curve.

To investigate the efficacy of electromechanically-assisted rehabilitation of upper limb function in post-stroke patients.
Randomized controlled trial.
Forty-eight stroke patients.
Patients were randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. The control group underwent occupational therapy training with conventional methods. The experimental group underwent electromechanically-assisted training using an end effector robot (Camillo®). Interventions were provided for 30 min per day, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks. Primary outcome was change in Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) before and after training. Secondary outcomes were changes in hand function, upper limb strength, spasticity, mental status and quality of life.
Mean improvement in FMA was 1.17 (standard deviation (SD) 4.18) in the control group and 2.52 (SD 5.48) in the experimental group. link3 Although FMA in the experimental group improved significantly after training, the improvement in FMA did not differ significantly between groups. Among the secondary outcomes, the Motricity Index (MI) improved significantly after training in the experimental group, and the change in MI between groups was statistically significant.

However, the problem is that there is no resilience framework that integrates the knowledge creation process. This article introduces a new framework for increasing community resilience based on knowledge creation theory (KCT). This research aims to define the elements that support the Knowledge Creation for Community Resilience (KCCR) and to gain consensus from experts on these factors. This study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with five panellists and three rounds of Delphi technique to determine the assessment of 26 factors (including six additional factors) that have been identified by experts (30, 18 and 11 experts in rounds I, II and III, sequentially). The data analysis was carried out in several stages, and included Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient, consensus appraisal and interrater agreement (IRA) statistical evaluation. The result of the agreement level (AL) analysis shows that the majority of the constructs (96.15%) are in the 'moderate strong' category. This study shows that there is a significant consensus (with IRA index [a wg(1)] ranging from 0.529 to 1), and panellists confirm the significance of all the key constructs. Consensus was gained from experts on seven elements that support the KCCR. This study establishes a systematic, operational and multidimensional KCCR framework that combines the concepts of knowledge creation, community resilience and disaster preparedness. This framework can be used as a qualitative instrument or guidance to build community resilience based on knowledge creation and a quantitative tool for measuring community resilience in facing disasters.
